I'm having a strange bug where I can't draft my pawn, this is the second pawn on this save file that it has happened to both pawns were praetors and had the eltex staff equipped. I have tried killing the pawn and resurrecting them. I have tried removing prison labor as well as simple sidearms. I also tried disabling all mods although that seemed to break the menu.

It could possibly be related to the Eltex staff because the two pawns that glitched out both had it equipped, after giving up on fixing the first pawn I set the title to inherit to the second one that is currently glitched out and killed the first one. The second pawn was working fine at first, and I suspect that it might have stopped working after equipping the staff.
The error is about a speech and ritual.
You should look what mod add rituals (since i don't see Ideology), speech prolly comes from speakup.
SimpleSideArms is part of the error msg. too, maybe it interfere with it too.
I removed speak up and simple sidearms, I also bought ideology and have it running on this save because it seems to be somehow related this is what pops up now when I click on the pawn https://pastebin.com/wSGZwW1r (the error message)

edit: I don't think the error message is related to the issue because I'm getting the same error for several of my pawns, but they are all functioning perfectly. I think the error is related to not having an ideology. I'm no longer getting an error from specifically the glitched pawn.
