Title: What dictates how effective at converting a Warden is?
Post by: AnActualDuck on August 27, 2021, 03:18:08 PM
I notice my warden was able to drop one of my prisoner's certainty by a whole 20% at a time and the other prisoner literally 1% at a time. What factors play in to this? Does reducing will or resistance help at all?

AnActualDuck I know that your wardens social plays a big role as well as the traits of the pawn your trying to convert. Something interesting going on with the new DLC is your incentivized to now put prisoners in a bad mood to covert them faster to your own Ideology which makes things tougher because if you treat a prisoner well you can recruit them faster. Hope this helps also I'm interested who else replies to this thread because I'm sure there are things I don't know :)
