everything doesnt work, hud is gone, colonist invisible, and most importantly, Prepare carefully doesnt work... and is not the tipical error of "i click on button and nothing happens" the menu works fine but it doesnt show anything. if you need more information you can just ask

Yeah you right, it is the typical user who click play and how all works with all the error's previously.
Fix all the error's you have at Rimworld start.
Put special mod's at their suggested loadorder (Rocketman at last one).
thanks for the help, but my biggest problem is prepare carefully, i loaded it without other mods and the problem persists also my rimworld has a tendency to hate mods that replace textures or similar (rpg style inventory, colored mood bar, etc)

Update everything not only mods, your Rimworld too.
RimWorld 1.3.3066 , even the DRM free version is at 3102 currently.
Before you update, you should check if Rimworld without mods is error free at startup.
When you got error's you prolly have old version files left, delete (not uninstal) the whole rimworld folder, then update.
Same for mods. when EdB PC made problems when it is just that mod, delete the mod folder and reinstal that mod.
When you got problems with textures/grafics like when you got a white bar instead some coloured one, it is maybe your videocard (or driver) are not longer works well together with that unity version.
Special when anything worked fine at Rimworld 1.2 before.
