I sent a caravan consisting of a single pawn (no animals) who had a circadian half-cycler installed, but he still stopped to rest at night. I expected him to remain awake and continue journeying through the night.
Thanks for the report! While not a bug necessarily, and probably working as intended, I can put in a suggestion to the devs to halve the time spent sleeping if the caravan members have the half-cycler.
