I can download 1.3.3162 over sendowl but Rimworld itself show that the version is uptodate.
Look's like the version check server need some love.
Thanks for the bug report, Canute. I want to make sure I get what you mean though. You are saying the sendOwl version is working fine, but the 'DRM' version is not? Which version is the DRM version, RimWorld doesn't have DRM, even if its on platforms like Steam or GoG.

Sendowl = DRM version.
At the picture you see i was using 3102, and it say "it is the latest version".
That is the problem, when the msg. say i got the latest version, i don't need to check sendowl.
The dev's need to update the version check if they push another version to sendowl (maybe GOG too).
or indicate the version number in the sendowl download page( if ludeon have any control over this)

Bump, for 1.3.3200
I just notice 1.3.3200 is availble for download/steam and i still thought 3200 is the unstable.
3200 is the latest public version. See here:
