Title: Could not resolve reference to object
Post by: tfoges on November 13, 2021, 06:17:40 PM
So, game and save breaking errors started occurring for me that I can't fix, nor find a fix to. Its essentially this error below, repeated for several hundred objects.

Could not resolve reference to object with loadID Thing_Human56180 of type Verse.Thing. Was it compressed away, destroyed, had no ID number, or not saved/loaded right? curParent=Verse.LookTargets curPathRelToParent=/targets/0 (Filename: C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Export/Debug/Debug.bindings.h Line: 39)

All my saves have been 'broken' from this. When I load the game, it generates a brand new world map, all my colonists and toolbars are gone, can't zoom into settlement, and after a few moments I receive the game over pop up.

I have gutted and cleaned up my mod list with Rimpy and RuntimeGC. I have tried removing the mods that were updated since this began happening. I have tried removing the mods that updated prior to this happening. At my wits end, any help would be massively appreciated. Link to log below.

Hi,
as player you can't do much against error's that appear during gameplay.
Removing mods during gameplay is mosttimes a bad idea.
Made your modlist errorfree before you start a colony.
Think about your mods, why do you use Walllight together with Third Age (mod that forbid modern technology).
Take a look at he 2.link of my signature.
