If you send both your leader and moral guide on caravans, the ritual spot does not show up all available rituals anymore.

I think this case is satisfying to trigger the bug:
1. Have leader and moral guide of your main ideology
2. Have a moral guide of another ideology
3. Send leader and moral guide of your main ideology away

When I am unassigning the moral guide role of all my other moral guides, the bug does not seem to trigger.

Both DLCs, no mods used. Issue has not been added recently.

Thanks for the bug report, I was able to reproduce this in 1.3.3235. I'll get a report into the devs for their review.
