The classic ideology of the Ideology DLC is missing several precepts of vanilla Rimworld.
This includes precepts for: clothing, cannibalism, execution and organ harvesting. All these do not trigger any mood debuffs with that Ideology choice.

Both DLCs, no mods used.
The standard vanilla playthrough is not *meant* to have cannibalism, execution, and organ harvesting as a "main feature", but as something you are forced into because of circumstances. Your pawns and you the player are SUPPOSED to be horrified at what you had to do. I know the 'war crimes' thing is a meme, they are still bad though. RimWorld is a story generator and these are part of the story, not things glorified.
This is exactly what I mean. The "classic" setting ignores all this (it grants no negative mood for this) when vanilla Rimworld gives mood debuffs.
I misses these precepts entirely which translate to "don't care". The classic Rimworld setting should have these precepts with the setting "horrible" or similar instead of not having them at all.
I am sorry if I made it seem the other way around.
I will see if its intended, thanks for the clarification.
