The tree rituals and the leader speech have an ideology attached to them, which has several consequences (like triggering the "false ritual" debuff). These are also not consistent with each other.
The guranlen tree ritual is always shown as a ritual of your main Ideology, no matter who starts it.

The Anima linking ritual is shown as a ritual of the person starting it, yet only if you open the ritual window buy using the pawn and clicking on the tree. If you just use the menu from the tree, it's always shown as a ritual of your main ideology. In this case: Even when you then change the ritual target to someone of another ideology, it still counts as a ritual of your main ideology.
You can also open the window with someone of a minor ideology by using a pawn on the tree and then swap the target to someone of your main ideology. You basically set the ideology of the ritual by opening the window and then swap without an update to the ideology. The "role change" ritual has the same mechanic to set it's ideology attribute.

Throne speeches always have the ideology set of the person starting the speech. They also trigger the "false ritual" debuff are are less impactful (both in negative and positive outcomes) for people not belonging to that ideology.

Apart from these quirks, I would not expect those "rituals" to have any ideology at all, since they are not bound to any and come from other sources (e.g. royal titles).
Both DLCs, no mods used.
Would you mind uploading a colony save (you can see some suggested methods in How to Report a Bug) for me to tinker with? I think I might need some hands on to properly understand the bug being reported, and additionally, if its something that should be reported as a bug. For instance, I don't really think rituals being tied to the main ideology is a bug or report-worthy, but I am interested in seeing your colony and what is going on with those debuffs.
I'll try to upload a useable save I have.
I understand if the role change ritual has an ideology attached to it, but it's weird that you can choose the ideology attached by how you open the menu so you can e.g. have your main ideology being attributed to a role change of a completely different ideologies role change, just by how you opened that window.
In addition it's kinda weird that the tree rituals are tied to an ideology and for the guranlen tree there isn't even a work around to not make bigots unhappy that you want to bind to them.
Most of these inconsistencies were probably not raised/noted because they only really pop up when you have multiple ideologies and then they even just have an ingame effect if you have bigots in that colony. Though even without a current ingame effect, it seems like unclean coding that might cause issues later on : P

I've added a bunch of ancient faction bigots and changed one of the raider faction to bigots too.
- Katakalon is bigoted and could link to the Guranlen tree but it always has my main ideology attached to it and Katakalon will get unhappy. It counts as an ideological ritual.
- Banastra is bigoted and could link to the Anima tree, but if you just open the menu from the tree, it has the main ideology attached to it and will make Banstra unhappy. If you select Banastra and from her trigger the action on the tree, it will show her ideology instead and not make her unhappy. It counts as an ideological ritual.
- Snow is the leader of my ideology and also a royal. Her throne speech counts like the leader speech, having have effect for most of the colony and also counts as an ideological ritual, making all bigots unhappy. This is not because she is a leader. Any other pawn who is a royal with a speech will work similar.
Are these all the cases you need? Feel free to ask for additional info or examples. The problem really is just with the "rituals" that are not from the Ideology DLC but are now using the same framework and thus have an ideology attribute it seems. Usually not a problem (though still unclean), but with bigots, there is an actual ingame downside. The royal speech always have a downside, if you have more than 1 ideology in your colony. I guess you could also abuse the role change rituals to get the buff from your relic, because they do trigger it.
An update to the role change ritual:
When opening the role change screen from the ritual spot the attributed ideology does not only stay the same, but you can select targets that you otherwise can not select like prisoners or slaves.
- prisoner: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1841409612962599402/2D243B4DD7925E37F0C73DDF11C02B56F0D73C46/
- slave: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1841409612962602520/4460B77DB410432CA89F12E26DCFEB6FC42A80E0/
In case of the prisoner: the people will just wait there forever since the prisoner will not come.
https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1841409612962602186/738044D3EB084F4356FFC6DF5DD30AFA2E25009A/
In case of the slave: the ritual will be done as usual, stating success but nothing will have actually changed.

In the case of the prisoner, I also got the wrong pop up that still contained the information from the person+role that I used first in the window before swapping in the prisoner: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1841409612962600831/E7E35A0D45BBEF4B731954BFC116905A8A4AD726/
Glass zebra,
I really appreciate the time you are putting into these reports. I am definitely going to put in the anima linking ceremony. I think you are right that this isn't working correctly now. With the use of your save and your further explanations, definitely agree that the anima linking ceremony should not be linked to an ideo.
When it comes to leader speeches, this one I will bring up, however these colonies aren't necessarily secular. You notice people IRL getting upset when people bring their ideologies up in their leader speeches, so this one may be more debateable as a bug or intended, however I will bring up that this interaction is happening as well.
Thanks for the continued information on prisoners and slaves, definitely something else that isn't working properly.
I'll get these into the devs!
