The berserk trance from the melee specialist flags pawns as guilty, even though they are unable to harm a friendly pawn. I suppose it share some code with the mental state?

Both DLCs, no mods used.
On a side note: drafting someone and making them punch a pawn or punch/shoot a cow/chicken also flags them as guilty. This makes the leaders's Accuse ability kind pointless, especially considering it trigger a 10day cooldown on all abilities and can easily fail.
Thanks for the bug report and good catch. Definitely is a way to get around the accuse ability. Almost an exploit rather than a bug. I'll get this into the tracker, thanks.
