One of my settlers is 95 years old and unable to move, it is impossible to change his clothes. Is there a mod or some other way to fix it?

There exist serveral medical mod's that let you cure nearly any illness of any pawn, like bad back/broken spine.

If you want a vanilla option, you can dose your pawn up with consciousness enhancing drugs like Go-Juice or Yayo for long enough for them to change clothes
