About 60% of the time when I enter new maps the game will semi-freeze and all maps, world included will turn grey, this also softlocks the game in multiple ways.

Any insight into mods I have which might conflict as well would be greatly appreciated, i'm currently mid-save and would hate to lose this colony to a progression lock brought on by a bug avalanche.
This error has now evolved as to happen in all new maps, making off-map raiding and questing undoable.
