Version Found - 0.0.250

Summary - i assume its a bug, because it doesn't make much sense in reality... but when its raining and/or a thunderstorm, as well as during any other weather condition that blocks sunlight during the daytime, the solar generator still produces power at %100. if its working as intended, apologies for posting it as a bug report.

Steps to Reproduce -
has happened in every game i've played from start to finish.

good catch! bug this would probably be classified as a balance issue, as opposed to a bug...

still, definitely worth adjusting... :)
