Basically I had a perfect colony 4 people then after a attack and I had 2 prisoners so I got my doctor to slowly kill the prisoner by harvesting their lungs and kidneys then I cooked it in a meal about 1 hour later another massive attack of 6 people all survived and my colony people eat them all!!! I lost the game shortly after but my colony was found by people there was so much blood outside of the prisoner holding cell
I'm gonna start a new colony right now. Been wanting to do it for a while and see how long the initial 3 can survive. Might take a while, but I will roll all 3 as cannibals :)
Anyone who happens by, is dinner... might even try for 3 Sanguine Cannibals. But.. I will not look at them as cannibals...

Those that drink blood are called sanguinarians or "sanguine vampires". They and psychic vampires address themselves as "real vampires" and usually have a collective community. They believe they have a physical and/or spiritual need to drink human blood to maintain their mental and physical health.
I tried this a little while ago, myself. I was disappointed that the cannibals didn't get any positive thoughts from eating human flesh. It was also difficult to live with any pawns who weren't also cannibals. So, it wasn't terribly fun to roleplay as a cannibal colony.
