If only he was a jogger/fast walker. Then I would say that he could kite a Centipede by himself with nothing but a shotgun (or sniper rifle, depending on the centipede's weapon).
Also, I never realized you could install AI cores into people. It improves their skill gain rate, I am guessing?

Undoes brain damage, which arguably makes it the single most valuable bionic.
