Have you ever listened to yourself and found out you've just said or done the stupidest thing you have seen?

One of the best £20 I spent on an early access on the same level as Rimworld in my opinion

I was really annoyed with what double fine because I bought the early access version of it which was laggy when in fully screen and still is and I looked at the list of features that they said they would add and they haven't even added half of them before abandoning the project

Maybe you could have research into cloning as well reducing the amount of defects there are, cloning the original persons skills and increasing their lifespan.

Just asking if we will be able to do genetic modification to just about anything in Rimworld and to what extent this modification will be.

Tyran seems to be able to do a huge amount in a short space of time.

When I break into an underground room in a mountain I think oh yes I don't have to do as much digging.

I know hydroponics shouldn't take up a lot of time but for some reason my colonists seem to spend a lot of their time there even though I set their priorities to mining and construction.

I finally managed it! This has been my best colony so far it has survived several raids with minimal loses and the only problem I'm having is that hydroponics takes up a lot of time. http://s29.postimg.org/gejne877r/screenshot4.png

Fighting a centipede directly with just pistols and Enfields is a bad idea. If it lands in you base, it takes it longer to open the drop pod, which should give your colonists long enough to run away.

What you should do is kite it with the Enfield, ie let it come into your range, take a shot and run. If the mech is armed with a charge blaster or a minigun, it's easy, if it has an Inferno cannon, you'll have to dodge a bit :P Eventually the damage will slow it down so much your colonist won't even have to run away anymore.

They key is not to fight it directly, though.
Wish someone had told me that before I took the big one on I mean I can handle the smaller ones its just the big ones are difficult and I often lose my colony to them and I don't think they drop their weapons so you don't get much for killing them.

One of my colonists, Jessy, got shot in the foot and it got cut off. This reduced her movement speed to 50%.
The next raid I forgot about this reduced speed and used her as a flanking force...
Needless to say that didn't work out so well, since they shot her before she could reach cover.
Guess where they shot her. The other foot! Another foot cut off, again -50% movement speed, giving a grand total of 0% movement speed.
She's been lying in bed ever since. I think she's been in bed now for several weeks, doing nothing but eating my food..

Won't she get cabin fever and go mad.
