I only have one cuz components are super rare. It's in my crafting shop cuz "outside" destroys everything. The gold landed at the door but the rest idk

Hi all, Last time I played the was before taming animals so super rusty with super noob question. Where does the off world trade stuffs land. I bought 20 gold and 25 component and sold some junk for 3k silver, completed the deal and all i got was the 20 gold.

How to kill with joy dunno but cool event idea if colonist is walking past someone playing horse shoes and gets hit in the head, incapacitated, needs medical treatment and maybe looses/gains traits/skills through amnesia. Same with playing billiards. Also if an abrasive pawn is playing chess or any game put in a small chance of a fight to break out.

and when the colony idiot is cloud watching I zoom in and prey for a lighting bolt to hit that spot.

Never built a nutrient Paste dispenser, just never needed it. The few times I've come close to running out of food basically everyone! stops and goes hunting. Even if there is only squirrels.

I agree with AllenWL more colours for carpets please^^ Scope out these from my latest colony!

Johnny Master I apologize to you and all others that saw my comment as snarky, that certainly was not my intent. Being snarky or kicking anyone in a post is just not me and are a bit embarrassed at the response it got.

Totally agree with your thoughts on wall texting. However with my lifestyle I just literally do not have the time to put all my thoughts down to create a wall o text. To write something the length of ur post would take me idk 1-2 hrs, it would be poorly written and with twice as many commas than it needs lol.

Tynan did say it confused people but also said at the end of the comment "It's one of those ideas that seems good but just doesn't work out that well. RimWorld has had and lost several of those so far."

After all the years of gaming I reckon I've got a pretty good idea of my likes and dislikes in games so your gonna be pulling a miracle to change my thoughts on FoW and the same goes for me convincing you yeah?? Sorry if it comes across as "I don't wanna FoW" but if introduce to the game yeah I'd buy it and give it a go, everything else Tynan has done for the game has been fkn gold! I do agree with your comments if introduced now it would be hell, lots would have to change. Which is why I'm calling for people that played the game when FoW was in. Tell us what was confusing, how did it fail, what would you change to make it work, how would you tweek it, tell us something real and not just speculation, tell us everything? Please this thread needs your help!

I wouldn't say killboxes are cheating, it is a way of dealing with most of the threats in game though and there is prolley 50+ different types ye can make. If that's what you wanna do go for it.

My question is if you put turrets field of fire covering all walls around the base what will the sapper do? just give up or pick a random spot or run circles around the base?

and is there a tunnelling mech coming too?? or something similar?

Its true Kegereneku's nailed it, like many others I got no time to write epic epic walls of text to point out what already been said to the few who will just disagree with emotion to the point that are losing the true concept of a civil discussion. With what little free time I get to myself I spend playing the game and a little of it here (not enough fer wall texting) I sort of feel its all been said in the first 3 pages of this thread and the original thread.
It is a massive game changer and with the wording of this poll and 80 odd peeps voted so far with what? roughly 10% more are for fog o war. Is that enough to bring it back?? it was in game and was taken out because it didn't really work. Are they any gamers that played that version here to help this thread?
Lots of peeps say they are programmers/designers and that its easy to implement fog o war. Well why not do it? Show everyone how amazing the game will be. Become Fogworld's champion! Peace

Cool idea, I guess if he/she is drafted the pawn will over ride your orders and do his thing/sabotage.

Another way of adding a traitor- raiders attack, one of them takes a fall with lite/feeble wounds, almost too easy to recruit. That's right a "mole" WooOOoo!! Next raid he/she converts back to pirate/raider and proceeds to sabotage something like geothermal generator or whatever. But make the destruction instant when pawn has reached/touch its target because of traitors "preparations" prior to the event.

Hells yeah bring it on!!

Could we see this type of attack with mechs? Like introducing a new tunnelling mech or one that pukes grenades or maybe even a suicidal mech which blows walls or even kill boxes??

No I had been in game fer about 1-2 hrs before this. Maybe this what happens at the moment ye transcend. If only someone here had experienced that, maybe they might be able to help? Calling all transcendent people-please help!

Ok a whole heap of these guys came to visit but poor Taters was "pre-dead". Not sure but I think this is where they entered the map. As ye can see bottom left it reads "dead' but I can still interact with all of his info tabs "gear char needs and health" In health tab is reads his got an old injury n frail, rest of it is clear no bleeding/blood loss nuffin. Got it saved at this point and can send it if ya want and maybe previous save to see if this happens again burt its like 25 mins prior to the pic. Laters
