Same problem, same version. Stable version is B18, but B19 rules, Imma wait for Allow Tool to be on B19

I have a loooooooooot of my favourite mods on version 0.18 and 1.0, but almost none in 0.19.
Is there a way I can change the version myself instead of waiting for the modders to do it?
