I have a loooooooooot of my favourite mods on version 0.18 and 1.0, but almost none in 0.19.

Is there a way I can change the version myself instead of waiting for the modders to do it?

I'm usign mods, but none of them affects the "rapid ageing" disease that sometimes comes in raiders
