i'm trying to figure out what is the best time to have a colonist with the night owl trait work.
sure night time but when is it night time and when is it day time? xD
just switching around would make it a no-go for me cuz the people would work more during day time (16hours) while the night time crew only works for 7 hours, so that would seem a bit unfair to me and i want to balance that a bit.
