It's alpha 7 guys, pretty early for a whole lot of configuration.  Mods will solve everything you need for now but I think Tynan and the crew's time is better spent on content, balance, and bugs atm

Would you be opposed to someone using the assets and updating it for Alpha 7, until your mod comes out? I don't know if I'll have the spare time, but someone else might...

Honestly, which one of us wouldn't sell our indie games (assuming for a moment we had ones as successful as Minecraft) for their majority share of $2.5 billion? It's not even EA or Activision doing the buying, so Minecraft might not even get screwed over by DLC and microtransactions.

I think I found the cause.  I had accidentally adjusted a value in the small shield while peeking at the code. Sorry for the false alarm.

I also discovered a bug.  Where the shields' range display intersects a mountain, it flickers between being visible and invisible, and starts to cause my entire screen to flicker bright and dim.
