Well if it already exists a mod like this one that work on the last version send me the link, i couldn't find 
The Idea is Simple: a Mod that when you click on your Structures/Furnitures... Allow us to change its type. (EX: Click on a wooden door and it can be replaced for any type of doorOr even Autodoors if it is possible, click on a bed and it can be change the materials of it Steel/Wooden...)
I thought about this cause when i start a new game and start making it everything out of wood and want to change it too some stone or even steel way too boring.
Well ofc to make it less favorable make an option on mod config and let it base that returns only 25% of material (i don't know the base of when you destroy it but make it a bit less)
If i knew how to make mods or had the time for it i would try making it xD
