Hi all,
Their are three things that get me in this game.  The first is when you build a nice fancy house for your peeps and everything is getting situated perfectly when a small looking hill or whatever it is called is in way. You mine it but then realize some of it has the pesky "overhead mountain" with its persistent rocks. I swear those rocks are the evil villain in my levels. Always throwing my gardens and stockpiles off of the perfect numbers. Casting its evil misshapen shadow over the area. OCD levels are crazy here. A couple alphas ago I remember a laser drill mod that was perfect to eliminate the mountains, however it seems to have not survived. It would be awesome to somehow get an stock way to eat them up. Even if the process is stupid. I can imagine some people going far out of their way to do this process just to get things just right. That point aside, anyone know of an alternate way like a current mod to do this?

Second thing that gets me is the water areas. Marsh and lakes... these water features are cool however are evil in their persistence.  a water feature the size of 3 squares was between me and perfection on my last map. The fertilizer pump that puts dirt in areas doesn't even work on them. as far as i know the process to get rid of them doesn't exist. Their needs to be a water drain pump that makes it normal land. Again, that point aside is their a mod that would take care of this currently?   

Last thing is really small but it gets grouped in this thread is the steam vents. One can not disable, concrete over, or even dev option delete these things. I guess my house will have that steam vent going through the carpet. The vent isn't needed all the time since the design of some houses already have the power adequate enough to not need the thermal power plant. Anyone know of a way to get rid of them?
