Support / (Resolved) Rimworld Game Retrieval - Won't receive Giftee E-mail

I bought the Ideology DLC on rimworldgame.com yesterday and I am trying to get a steam key using https://rimworldgame.com/getmygame/.
I got the initial E-mail containing the download codes, but that won't work with the steam version of the game.
I entered the E-mail adress that is associated with PayPal account I used to buy the DLC, but I am not receiving any E-mails.
I tried using Firefox and Chrome browsers and I tried it on different days, but no success.
The E-mail provider is @t-online.de, which I had problems in the past receiving emails, they won't show up in the spam folder or anywhere.
Can anybody help me out?
Edit: I messaged the support and they were kind enough to send me a key directly.
