Mod bugs / [1.4] RunAndGun - Aiming resets on move

Hey Guys, I've encountered a bug with RunAndGun; my pawns stop aiming when I change their direction, or they arrive at the destination. It's a bit annoying with longer aiming weapons like sniper rifles or tranq guns from Vanilla Expanded, it's impossible to kite. Anyone can confirm, was it always like that?

Hi Guys, I'm not sure if it's a vanilla bug or modded, although it doesn't make sense if it was vanilla. Basically my pawns won't wear torture crowns or blindfolds when assigned via Outfit, even if there's nothing else to wear on head/eyes. I know those might be considered undesirable, as they generate only negative stats, but it shouldn't matter if the Outfit is set, right? My colony is Blindsight + Pain is Virtue, so they are pretty important to me; I can assign manually but I'd prefer to have as little forced apparel as possible.
