I would prefer having the direct order of whether it's alright or not, preferably from Tynan.  He may say he accepts it, doesn't mean he wants it to happen.  Cheers though.

Hello, I bought the game at the start of the month, and I love it a lot.  I want to recommend my friends the game, but they're unsure about it as they don't know what it's like.

I want to know if giving them the previous version (254b) download link is an okay thing to do, to let them try the game. 
Am I allowed to do this, to potentially get my friends to buy it, or is it preferred that I didn't?  I understand that doing this is technically piracy, which is why I am asking if this is allowed. 

If it isn't, that's fine, I just want to check.
