Sorry if this has been suggested before, but if your colony gets wiped out it would be amazing if you could start again and choose the same location. What I was thinking is a new group of people stumble across this bloody empty somewhat scary colony and decide to start there. The game won't let you choose the same place twice for some reason.
Also maybe some time could of passed and much of the equipment decayed away but the walls are still somewhat in tact.
When I did a search someone suggested you can move your colonist around to other parts of the world or split colonists away and found a new one. It would be really cool to move around multiple colonies or something like this.
