Hello everyone.

I've recently tried to imitate a Dwarf Fortress embark with the Scenario feature in RimWorld A14 (see in attachements). It's not as complex as it could be but still.

The problem :

When I try to start a World Generation using this scenario, the game crashes (freezes) within a few seconds. The error message is the classic prompt " RimWorld isn't responding " and I'm given the option to wait it out or close the process. It doesn't make sense because at this point, nothing involving the scenario is calculated, afaik.

What I've tried:

These two potential solutions didn't solve the problem : lower the size of the world creation; uninstall all mods (vanilla).
I've tried to create a regular world with a stock scenario (rich explorer) and it worked, regardless of the size. Nothing wrong with my world generation except for this particular scenario. Another Workshop scenario also worked.

Bugs / Binging on alcohol while beers are locked up

Hi everyone.

Here's what I've noticed (Alpha 11).

-What the circumstances were:

Two of my colonist have the " chemical fascination " trait.
The only source of alcohol is locked up inside a fridge.
Colonists don't have a beer in their inventory.

-What happened.

Two of my colonists with the trait " Chemical Fascination " are able to binge on alcohol while the beers are locked up inside a fridge. I've checked, every single beer on the map is in that fridge. The fridge is locked with the " Passage Forbidden " command (F). Nobody should be able to access it until I unlock it.

I locked the fridge for that exact reason.

-What you expected to happen.

Nobody should be able to binge on alcohol while the beers are locked up.

-How we can reproduce the bug. This part is important!

1. Take a colonist with the trait " Chemical Fascination "
2. Buy/produce beers.
3. Store and lock them up inside a room/fridge.
4. Wait for the aforementioned colonist to start " binging on alcohol ".




Here's a save game where on of my colonist is on a binge at the same time as the fridge is locked up.
