It's an interesting idea, but at least six months away. Probably never, but as I say, still an interesting idea. It is technically possible.

Could sell it as a DLC when you get it on steam

Since you have what your colonists do at certain times a day. Why not have what they wear at certain times of day through a schedule incorporated in the work schedule or a whole new schedule?
Examples:
You can let your nudists take of their clothes during free time.
Your colonists can take off their jackets, parkas, or dusters after work and before bed.
You can set your strong colonists to wear armor and equip weapons at certain times a day. (Sort of like a patrol)

Those are my examples. Tell me if you have any more suggestions that might be useful for gameplay.
