Ideas / Re: Local Stores for Colony Visitors

A store robbery would be really cool. It could be a small group of bandits that're dressed up in cowboy hats and dusters that steal your store items.

A cafeteria would also be a cool addition, it'd be nice to keep visitors around for a day or two longer.

Ideas / Local Stores for Colony Visitors

I'm sure there are already plans for expanding on visitor interaction, but how about adding in the ability to create a local store for visitors to purchase some of your items?

Perhaps you could create a zone designating a location as a store, then add in storage containers such as shelves and display cases as a means of storing your products. When visitors to your colony enter the store you could choose to open up a trade menu in a similar fashion the trade system already in the game. Depending on the prices and quality of items you sell this could also be a way of gaining goodwill with certain factions while also making a profit.

I think it'd be nice to have another option of trade before having to invest in a comm relay, what do you guys think? Feel free to comment and help expand on this idea.
