I am starting a Narrative Let's Play (not sure about the english term...).
It's a show of 4 episodes (about 5 minutes each), and i am just releasing the first one.
following episodes will be released each week (so in 3 weeks, it is over).
The game is moded with MarsX V3 (vanilla Rimworld will be for an other time)

It is fully in French (I hope a few fellow countrymen will read this ^^).
I know it is not for every body (because it's in french), but I hope you will enjoy this.

I give the same informations in french just below. I hope it does not bother admins or english speakers.

Voici le début d'un Let's Play Narratif (comme ceux du Joueur du Grenier sur Civilization)
Rimworld se prête particulièrement bien à ce genre de format.
C'est le premier épisode d'une série de 4 (de 5 minutes chacun). Le rythme de sortie est de 1 épisode par semaine (donc dans 3 semaines, c'est terminé).

La thématique est sur la colonisation de Mars.
Pour le coup, c'est sur le mod MarsX v3. Si j'en fais un sur la version de base de Rimworld, ça sera pour la prochaine fois.
Evidemment, c'est en français, donc n'hésitez pas à venir voir la vidéo.

Well, I ve got one or two little suggestions :
Maybe add an outfit, the cap.
Cowboy hats are cool, but they are, with tuques, the only craftable hats.

So a cap could be a good idea, to add diversity. It could be for moderate heat. (we already have the jacket for moderate cold)

Then, there is my second suggestion :
I have to say that I love the feature that now allows to easily manage outfits.
Now my colonists wear uniforms ^^ (with duster, pants, button-down shirts, and cowboy hat. They're so fancy !!)

But there is a little limitation that restrains me.
We can't chose the material of the weared outfits. (but I don't know if it is easy to implement, or not).
When I create an outfit, I can specify clothes types, qualities, damages, but not clothes materials.
And clothe material influences its color.

With this possibility, it would be easier to manage good looking outfits, with coherent colors (wich is very long to handle itself).

Well, that was my two little ideas. Hope it will help.
Anyway, you are doing a great job with this game. Congratulations.

I'm valleo and i'm 29 years old.
I have to say that i'm french, so maybe i don't write english quite well (sorry about that).

- What introduced you to RimWorld? Or to this style of game in general?

First, I tried Dwarf Fortress (can't remeber how I discovered it), but the graphics were a little bit too minimalists for me. However, I loved the concept. So I looked for similar games, and I found a top 10 of the best Dwarf Fortress-likes. Of course, Rimworld was ranked first (or maybe second. I Can't remember, that was a long time ago). So I watched a few let's play, and I was convinced. I'm playing to Rimworld since May 2015.

-What's your favorite other game?
The Mass Effect Trilogy. (yes, I love SF).

-Most embarrassing gaming-related story?
Last year, I took part in a Pokémon tournament (a little one), and I have been beaten by a teenage girl with braces. She looked like Stan's sister (in South Park). When you're almost 30, it's embarassing...

-What kind of breakfast cereal is the best?
At breakfast, I don't eat cereals, but hot chocolate and croissants
