With alpha 18 not far away from release I thought I'd start doing potentially quicker runs than I normally find myself having. Apparently, extreme difficulty just isn't hard enough so I've decided to make a custom scenario where I start with absolutely nothing and see how long I can last in the desert. It's certainly a fun experience and I hope you guys enjoy the outcome!

Hey guys, I thought I'd spice things up a little bit in the world of Rimworld and make my own win conditions to freshen things up a bit. I also threw together a tonne of mods that I felt could eventually become Rimworld features in future alphas and one or two surprise mods along the way. I go through the mod list if you're interested, during the video but as a rough idea of what I'm doing for mods, I've added a few ease of life improvements like cleaning zones, item quality restrictions and so on. I've also added in multiple fauna and flora mods to introduce a tonne of new plants and animals to see and also some fun mods like a hygiene system and an expanded prosthetics lab which fits into my win condition.

As for my new win conditions, I've decided that I want to make the most impressive room that Rimworld will allow, it's referred to as a wonder of the world and involves maxing out all of the room stats which should be a fun challenge. I also want to completely turn somebody robotic as the second challenge so I want every single limb and organ to be synthetic in one colonist.
