There is another posibility. In Clutter mod, there is Comunication Relay. Its call trader (and sometimes raid). Its pretty balanced, so if you dont want to cheat, you can try this

  Hey guys, i have this idea or request. I am not playing this game for long time, but iam pretty sure there is nothing like that. Basicly what i could use is to give my colonist specific groups like housekeeping, hunters, maintenance, etc. So i can manage this group of colonist more easily and have them sort in colonist list menu. I hope you guys get me.
  I am not verry skilled in scripting, so i cant do this by myself, but i am pretty much skilled cg artist, so if anyone need a help, just let me know.

This would be awesome! I recently lost half of my base because my pawns cant get to fire. There is also feature called sponge dispenser in Clutter mod, but i cant find it.
