Rimworld is one of the most realistic games I've ever played, although it looks like a simple game for those who don't know it, it's a game of endless possibilities where everything seems to happen.

It would be wonderful if the settlers felt the need to go to the toilet to defecate or to urinate, with this would be added the necessity of defecating or urinating, besides being added also the toilet. With this would have to add a sewer system in the game, it would be very interesting to add a plumbing system in the game and decide what to do with dirty water.
Another legal idea that could be added would be the possibility for the settlers to bathe and feel that they are dirty or clean.
