Apparently Drill "Arms" can only be installed if the pawn still has his original biological arms.

That means that when an arm gets destroyed (shot off) you can never ever again install a Drill Arm on that pawn.

Please either fix this so Drill Arms can be installed regardless like Prosthetic, Bionic or Archotec Arms

OR

Change the Name and edit the Description of the item so it states that it is a HAND that can only be installed on a biological arm made out of flesh and blood.

1. Circumstances: New game or loaded savegame Stockpile menu is missing

2. What happened: Stockpile menu in bottom left corner does not appear

3. Expectation: The menu appears

4: Reproduction: Make a stockpile or find an existing stockpile in a savegame. Click on it. No menu.
