Click on the Orders menu.. and then select "Haul Things". Then click on all of the items you wish hauled.

You'll have to make sure you have a "Dumping Zone" set up. That is where they'll will all be placed. As such... if you setup Dumping Zones to look like a wall around an object - that is where the rocks will be dumped. A rock chunk wall.

Try uninstalling your GFX card drivers... then re-download/reinstall. Rebooting can't hurt... and then try running the game again.

That would be the simplest option to try. If you've have recently updated your GFX drivers... it could be that the new GFX version might be buggy for the game. Find the earlier GFX driver version and install that instead.

If that doesn't help... try and find out and keep track of the last programs you've installed and remove them... reboot... and run the game again.

I'm not sure if RimWorld keeps sufficient logs - otherwise you might find information pertaining to the problem there.
