Sean bean trips over and gets beheaded by sharpened swordfish hanging over the fireplace in the third book. The same happens to ben affleck in the fifth, he slips on a banana peel/sharp edge of a trashbin, nobody finds his head until 7th book when Sensei Wasjub *finally* takes out the trash by his mom's request

Like nearly every other thing I have read in the series, it makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.

I think it would make some sense to decrease pain as consciousness decreases so that someone at 50% consciousness should have 50% to all stats including pain

If you surround it with a wall every tile around it and chuck frags at it the mechs wont spawn

I don't like that you can't choose longer months and such.  Seasons should be based on month, not an amount of days.

I was about to say that its not Earth....... but I'm currently living in Shanghai-China where seasons change by days or weeks, sometimes hours.
Happened on my first year here - its a +30c afternoon at the end of September. I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt going for a few drinks with friends. A few hours later leaving the place its +5c and raining. This is common.
