Mod Large Faction Bases: targetVersion field is obsolete, use supportedVersions instead.

That mod is made for 1.0 and not for 1.2 thats why you got that msg.
A quick check at the workshop show the mod is made for 1.2 too.
You either use a wrong version or the mod got some wrong conficuration.

Config error in ZBiome_Plant_WildRose: description has trailing whitespace

and alot more similar Config error's.
I can't say what mod that is or if that error is important.
From my feeling it is just a minor thing because there are some whitespace when Rimworld don't exceptect them.
You can try to do a search inside your Mods folder for "ZBiome" and the result maybe point you at the mod.

Can't say why hugslib give out a warning. I don't get any. But since it is a warning you can ignore it.
You can try to rename the Config folder into _Config just to see if that helps.
