Fixed it, just some minor syntax errors with capitalization

Rimworld's debug log is reporting my ThingDefs_Races xml to have an unknown parse failure. I don't believe it's the question marks I put in as placeholders because I had replaced them with some filler paths and still got the error then. I'm very new to modding, so I'm assuming I just spelt something wrong somewhere or forgot a symbol, or even worse my entire code structure might just be wrong.

It looks like pastebin did something weird to the code at the life expectancy part, but the raw paste data has it correct.
