I had started a save and was struck with a sandstorm as we landed. About a month later, we got hit with hail, except the event kept popping up in the bottom right over and over. I tried to clear the weather in Dev Mode, but was unable to. I thought the Regrowth mods were the issue, so I removed them and started a new game. We landed and got hard snow. Snow never stopped, so I again I tried to clear the weather in Dev Mode, but nothing happened. What could be causing this?
