Seems like there is a bug where androids from Androids Tiers can be treated as children and ya cant rescue or oporate on them. On one particular case the pop-up menu to rscue them just flickered and wouldnt allow any input.

I did the same thing that you said to do and it worked, but every time I try to pin it to my task bar or put it on my desktop it fucks up again and goes back to black screen.

I tried most of every thing on that list. The only one I havnt tried is the virus protection one, but I dont know how I would go about doing that.

I just need some help getting rid of this stupid garbage.

I just loaded the update and when I went to play it was just a black scree. It did the same the first time I played the game back in Alpha 6, but I was able to fix it by deleting something or other. I haven't had a problem sens but this time it just started doing it again. I do have Hamachi but that wasn't the problem the first time.

I got rid of Hamachi but still it is still not working.

Seems kind of redundant to me, unless other forms of recruitment were added their own severe disadvantages.

You can either spend lots of resources and 2+ years of in-game time to grow an emotional cripple with no skills, that even risks killing the mother (or the other way around if the mother dies or is injured), or you can pick whichever guy you like from one of the many battlefields that occur naturally anyway and recruit them, often getting yourself an amazing guy with useful traits of your choosing. Or you can harvest some cotton and buy a slave... hmm...

Anyway. Maybe if you could design the kid, or it had some other major advantage that would make it preferable to other forms of recruitment, but as-is it doesn't look worth it, and the vat growing is really awkward.

Their could be more punishment for taking prisoners from battle. Like other factions start to think you are a bunch of slave driving bandits and try to take you down. Or the prisoners could get a new chance of changing sides back to their original faction and killing one of your colonists. It would make taking prisoners more of a hard choice.

C-Sectio. Just get the baby out of the mother with an operation. This will need a skilled doctor. And a natural birth doesn't have to be only succesfull with a doctor.

C-Sectio: Experienced doctor to perform save operation.
Natural Birth: Will be saver with doctor, but NOT needed. Bigger chance the mother or child will die.

Their could be a mood drop effect do to C-Section, so it is not just the best way to go.

It would be a good way to make melee weapons more useful. Because lets be frank, if you have a guy who gets pissey if you put a gun in their hand and only wants a stick to kill people with you send him to the liver harvesting room. Also it would be cool to just have large scale melee battles, like a group of knights raid your settlement and you just wasted all of your bullets on trying to kill a turtle for 5 days strait.

The basic idea is just to have a prison door option like beds have an option to tern them into prisoner beds, so they can open them and go into out side areas to prevent cabin fever.

You should have the ability to make a herding zone just like a growing zone. You could herd animals found on the map and put them in said zone and breed them so you can have a stable source of meat. Then you would have to surround it with a fence of some sort. It could also have some negative affects, like if their is a psychic blast that makes the animals go crazy say rinos. If you are breeding rinos for meat then they will bust out of the pens or fences and will try to kill your colonist. Then you have to make stronger fences for stronger animals.

It would also be nice to have the ability to give your guy a new ROBO-eye or ROBO-leg and so on. After all it seems no matter how much armor you put on your guys they still find the time to lose one or tow limbs know an again.

It would also be really cool to replace all of your colonist body parts with robot part so you can have a colony of life less robots that do your bidding, of course the other factions wont like you and your human colonist wont really like the idea of being around a creepy cyborg that was you best but 5 hours ago.
