Soooo .... To repair stuff, a basic function in like, allmost all games.... we have to install a mod? I hope this is just a temp fix.

Actually this atm is a critical issue for me. The inability to repair items. When you are able to make a decent shirt from step 1 : cotton plant, you would think you could fix damage to it. Oh, there is a tiny hole in it. Throw it out! Esp in a situation in wich resources are precious like being stranded as a crash survivor, waste like that seems ... beyond silly. Long story short, in my subjective opinion the absolutely critical ability to REPAIR items is missing, and should be added as fast as possible (like i said, my subjective opinion) although this lack has actually made me stop playing this game..... (i can be OCD about things) Have a nice day!

Ideas / Zombies

Quick question, but how viable would some sort of zombie adversary/danger be in this game? In essence im curious to see my colonists hold out against a massive slowass army of undead. :P And the requirements of proper burial. Any thoughts about this would be welcome. Its just an idea im throwing in the group to discuss. Cheerz

The title pretty much says it all. I just found myself thinking "what if i could actually breed muffalo". Why not add animal handling to the game? Where instead of making a growing area you make a herd area. A zone that auto places fence blueprints along the edges. Where you can breed/tame certain types of animal. Perhaps even give some of them some animal traits like "stubborn". And give some colonists a trait similar to green thumb where they become happy near animals. Thought ide throw it out there. Or a trait like "animal friend" that allows some colonists with that trait to have a "pet". Like a pet boar/squirrel and stuff that helps that colonist fight.

January 03, 2015, 11:29:24 AM
Ive not been able to play this game the last 2 times i downloaded it. I keep just getting a black screen after i select my colonists and launch it. The first time the game even freaked right out and the UI started flashing blue. I was going to just wait it out untill i could play but... ive been holding in this urge to play for a couple of days now and .... i rly wanna play!!! So if there is a way to fix this? Please let me know. (new world not saves)

Ideas / Types of Art

With the addition of artwork. Perhaps it would be interesting to have different types of art styles and colonist traits that say what type of "taste" the colonist in question has. Perhaps some like the darker kind with lots of reds and blacks (if paintings will be in the game). Perhaps some rather enjoy artwork depicting heroic deeds or basic plantlife (for the green thumb/botanists under the colonists). And so on.

Ideas / Closets and optional ownership
November 04, 2014, 04:06:11 AM
Because of the weather changes, it might be nice to add closets where you can put clothes in. And the ability to give them ownership so that the npc who owns it can grab warmer/lighter clothing depending on the weather...

Ideas / defibrillator

I would like to suggest adding a defibrillator to the game to add in a chance of bringing back colonists from death.
