Support / Eye injury rendering foibles

I've been beating myself over the head trying to figure out which mod was causing this, lo and behold, no mod was doing it, but it's the base game! Pictured is my test subject Sergei, his left eye having been shot out using devmode, and then subsequently he tended the bleeding wound, leaving bandages on top of his head. His right eye was stabbed twice using devmode, without destroying it, leaving a gaping wound on top his head. It's probably a misplaced offset in the rendering code, but it's especially noticeable if you're anything like me.
Everything is lookin good, I'm excited for the future and hopefully some more Vietnam war era gear
Hey, me again, CQC sounds seem to play globally meaning I hear knee strikes and stuff full volume no matter where on the map they happen
Hey uh, is it a known behavior for pawns with a meal in their inventory and no medicine to try to do first aid with the meal?

Hate to piss in your cornflakes, but the filter probably shouldn't have the plug still in while it's being worn. Assuming the mask is being worn properly it'd suffocate the wearer.

I feel that a good edition to the game would be giving pawns the ability to have personal possessions, like clothes, a colonist could have their own wardrobe in the dresser you can build and would prefer to wear clothes from their wardrobe instead of clothes just from a stockpile. It'd also require the addition of little knick-knacks, snowglobes, trading cards, jewelry, little trinkets, and trophies. Say your colonists manage to kill a centipede, they might decide to take souvenirs, little bits and bobs. Bloodlust pawns might like to collect something like severed ears or fingers, they might make a little necklace of little parts and could get a mood buff for their trophies. The reason I suggest this is because it's a thing in dwarf fortress and I feel it would fit nicely into rimworld. If a modder can do it or has already done it I'd appreciate being told about it. TL;DR Add pawns having items that belong to them, keep them in their dresser or their pockets.

Yo my dude, what if everyone didn't know how to use any weapon imaginable without some kind of background or practice or teaching by another pawn
Having an issue where I try to make one of the vehicle weapons and the pawn finishes building it but nothing appears and the job isn't done.

As well as an issue where I'm using androids and it seems that their lack of a sleep need makes it so they are always considered to have low needs

So is anything that spawns shrapnel just gonna be a lagfest or is that a bug?
