No matter how high my wealth gets - I never seem to get properly armored raiders - they always come with their crappy armor vests and old style helmets at best... I'd really like to see late game raids having more armored guys (pirates) not just power helmets on 1 or 2 of 20+ fools with peeshooters. Compared to federation nightmarish creations and mutated feral freaks pirates just may as well come naked. Its sad really. Is there a way to make pirates much more well equipped in terms of armor late game?

Dont quote me on this but i think you can go into Core and make a seperate pirate entity spawn with the spacer tech level (ass almsot all Fed and other Rimsenal Factions are space-tech besides Ferals) its in Factiondefs

Mod bugs / Unknown error

Not sure whats causing these errors but  i get a asynchronous event error in console and the output log is filled with spam

Im fairly sure CR patches are time consuming (creating ammo, designating ammo, adjusting weapon variables) so it might be a while before someone posts one.

Have you restarted your game after changing your mod setup? That seems to be the most common cause for broken textures.

I activated all the mods at once, which is probably why I got the problem, i just actiated and restarted a couple of time and it was fixed

Hi, Ive been having some confliction when loading Map Reroll with Glitter tech
it cannot seem to load the unity.engine/texture for any of the Glittertech stuff when I have Map Reroll enabled.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

So I figured I'd give the Misc Map Generator a whirl, and it seems to work (buildings and ruins and stuff are generated - oddly enough out of bearskin), but there is a slight issue with bugs. Expected cool ruins...did not expect the zerg rush  :-\

I think its a bug with map gen, I get the bugs spawning too. Apparently the roofs are counted as "natural" therefore the bugs are likerlier to spawn there, and since there are man-made ruins there and the zerg were implemented to fight mountain bases, i think its safe to say that they spawn because the AI think its a base when its not.

May I recommend adding pitfall traps or spiked walls if that's possible?

I'd love to see the 35 man warband raid try to get through my Aztec temple of cybermetic cannibalistic tribals.

I believe it's part of the core vs that animals go for the nearest/most nutritious food and the packaged survival meal is a fine meal.

Assuming you are not like me, starting with two shiv holding tribs  and a couple of meals, I'd recommend having a person "guard" the meals by either enlisting them to shoot animals coming to eat the meals. Otherwise I'd recommend deconstructing the nearest walls to make a storage for the food.

Again, have you copied all the folders from Mod in the archive provided, including the Core ?

It seems like im just missing files constantly, I think windows defender is deleting these "malicious" files automatically

Anyone know how to change the recipe for kindling? It only alllows me to make kindling from bamboo logs not wood, and when I look it up in the help menu it says ingrdients >Wooden

The 2nd image I think was fixed in Yesterdays github under "Updated Brighten from A12, Orassians and other reworks." and onwards I can't say for sure but I did notice a lot of researchdef changes. What version are you running?

Once you hit start and the assembler gets enough materials the assembler will assemble a MAI where you can install it some where like a piece of furniture and activate it using a bill command.

It might just be sitting n your stockpile

shooting skill has nothing to do with the use of ballista's, just random luck.

most of the time, ballista's will one-shot unarmored guys, this is meant to be offset by a longer cooldown time (cooldown time might get increased further)

sometimes you get a crappy shot with a ballista however and it just doesn't get the kill/takedown.

XD welp I better pray harder, I normally only use ballista defenses against mechanoids now, and also the occasional angry power armored Commando Unite that raids
