I had a jaw replacement that ended up with a patient with surgical cuts in his brain, torso, spine, and left femur.

So...

I just had to install a denture on one of my guinea pigs (I mean colonists). The surgery did not go as planned.

Somehow, installing a new jawbone required surgical incisions on my patient's torso, spine, and LEFT FEMUR.

It also left his brain scarred at a 3/10.

Obviously the game is lots of fun and pretty open ended. My friends and I like to set challenges for each other. We pick the same seed, same landing spot there, and play according to rules. Sometimes it's first off planet, sometimes it's the longest lasting settlement,  etc. I'm looking for more ideas. Right now I have two

• Lone Survivor- Pick one colonist, he/she walls the other two in, Cask of Amontillado style. All other humans are zombies and cannot be recruited. First off planet or longest survivor wins.
• Brewery- Whoever has the most beer bottles brewed after x years wins.

Sometimes my brain doesn't work right so I try to keep a checklist of stupid mistakes I make to ensure they don't happen again. Allow me to give you my newest one:

13. Make sure at least one of your colonists is able to fight fires.
