Just wanted to update this and close. The bug inexplicably fixed itself. I added RuntimeGC at some point which might have had something to do with it. However now I receive random visitors by foot and can call trade caravans from allies. No idea what changed.

If anyone could help that would be amazing. If there's anything else I can upload that would help diagnose it please let me know?

I have no problem with raids, trade ships, or allies reinforcing via drop pod, just the above mentioned. Even if I go into dev mode to generate a trade caravan nothing happens, it doesn't even give me the option to choose the type of caravan.  I can't upload my log for some reason so I've copy/pasted it here, along with my mod list and save file.

Yeah I destroyed it with dev mode and rebuilt it, no change. I'll start turning off the mods you suggested and see if it helps.

EDIT: I'm also just realizing I haven't gotten any land based caravans or visitors in a long time. I used to get them near the beginning of my playthrough but I've added a few QoL mods since then. Just tried to dev mode a caravan in and nothing happened. So it seems like an issue with friendly visitors as well. I have gotten military support via droppods from the royal faction though, it seems like just land based visitors are bugged.

EDIT2: I just nuked my mods and removed everything except for core and royalty, and now caravans can arrive via dev mode. Of course it completely broke my game but I think I can restart and remove mods one at a time and fix it. I'll report back when I find which mod it is that's causing the issue.

I appreciate the input. And I originally meant to upload the log directly, but my IPN was down in the whole area and I had to email it to myself and post it from my phone. I think I might just have to live with the bug too. It's unfortunate but I'm just going to pretend that calling for caravans was never an option to begin with :P I've already got 50 colonists, can't start over now.

Support / Help with mod bug

The only problem I have is I can't call allied factions on the comms console, including the royal faction and a tribal I befriended. My guy just stands there for a second then leaves. I have no problems calling non allied factions. Here's my debug log followed by my mod list.

SOLVED: I had a mod called [KV] Weapon Storage which stores weapons in a box and can assign them to colonists, allowing them to rearm at the box. When I dropped the weapon it didn't disappear, it simply transported to the storage box because it had already been stored and assigned to my colonist.

I think you got surplus old version files.
You should delete the Data folder (not the Rimworld ...._data) manualy (not uninstal) and then let rimworld repair/reinstal.
Maybe that allready fix the issue.

You should made the log when the problem happen, so the possible error msg. would be at the log.
The log don't even contain a loaded savegame.

When the problem still, happen just look if it happen on a new colony too (you can use the hugsib feature quickstart, top right icon, to create a new test colony).
Then the problem happen from the beginning, just disable some mods, and try it again.

I found out using developer mode that I have a mod compatibility issue. Basically when trying to force start a Zombie Raid, everything relating to Pawns says filename unknown. Not sure what mod it's conflicting with, I've moved it to the top and bottom of my load order and still conflicting.

I'm having the same issue, I killed a pirate raider and he resurrected as a friendly zombie. Also running about 15 or so mods. I'll try and look for the problem and post if I find it.
