General Discussion / Feature-wise, how far are we to 1.0 ?

No, I'm not asking for a release date on 1.0
My question really is, seeing everything we have in the game right now, how far are we to the vision Tynan has about a finished Rimworld ?
And next question oriented to Tynan directly, is it hard to tell when a game is polished enought to call it 1.0 ? Even if you plan on having content following 1.0, how do you make the decision that this or this build will be the reference ? Did you planned a list of features, that, when implemented, would constitute 1.0, or as development goes on, you just focus on making a product polished and balanced ?
Really not asking for anything about release date or X feature, just passionate about game design and product management

Yep, should have said it, it might not be working with over mods that changes the plant cultivated xml file

I grown accustomed to the vulcan, the sniper turrets and (mostly) the devastator ... can't play without them, i feel so weak without the turrets of this mod !

Hi Tynan, hi everyone.
I have a suggestion about the general UI. In late game, having multiple hydroponics, i'm having such a hard time changing all the cultures easily when I want to. I'm dreaming about having a feature, that when you select multiple hydroponics, you can change the culture for all of them with a simple clic. Having the same window to change culture for a single hydo for a multiple hydro selection.
In the same time, mortars. It's impossible to select all your mortars and force a target for all of them. You have to get every single mortar to force the target. Very annoying when you have multiple mortars and you need to force an attack on evil ships
