Somehow I knew that this could happen, where 2 or more colonies can happen where each player hold their instances of map and generate a list between so they can interact with each other through communications.

All I know is that if you put the corpse somewhere in a stockpile and the bear has access to it, yes he will eat it. This also implies to every animal that you've tamed (they will eat what they prefer after all =P ).
But as for rotten, I'm not sure.

I don't think Randy is this kind of person. He's the most kind person to storytelling around, which is very bad in storytelling, no gradual increase tempo or any kind of a curve. Either he go this way or that way to me though lol.
Cassandra, now that fits the 3rd picture as you will go to hell when the game runs long enough and she'll make sure you're able to run ragged with minimal survival or kaput.

Yeah it was discovered, the understanding and method of understanding it, to invent gravity would mean before discovering everyone would be floating without anchoring.

Use manual priorities under Work tab then configure the Restrictions to set the hour for said colonist, while managing him/her in set zone.

First few days, create a small shelter, doesn't matter whether it's in a cave or ancient ruins. Then create a stockpile/growing zone, small too. Then create something to make food or just eat raw and/or create items. Repeat and expand.

Stone rhino, able to kill boomrat and boomalope, but only those since their digestion systems can only consume such creatures and they are so few.
