Tried it on my side and couldn't reproduce the issue. If you're on Steam, try verifying your files - exit the game, exit Steam, restart Steam

On RimWorld, click the gear for the Manage menu, then Properties, then 'Verify integrity of game files'.

If that doesn't work, there's also reinstalling to make sure everything loaded properly.

Best way to check would be to disable your mods and check it with a fresh tester embark. You can set it up via dev mode.
