well, i wasnt given the best hand, but ill move on, ill start setting up camp for them soon.


.... things should be fine, we are getting food together, though i doubt our prisoner will survive.



thankfully we got to meal production sooner than i thought, all should be fine here, lets check up on how the main base it going.

oof, something just came up, seems little shits are given about the animals around here.


FUCK, this is terrible. this is the last thing we needed during hunting for vital food.... we should be able to hold out, but it will be rough.

well, after a rough fight, we held out. thank god pacifists make such great punch bags!

seems things are finally getting interesting here, its a mech raid with 2 snipers, this turret should hold it off fine if we repair it, nice to see things are going my way.



DAMNIT, IT HAD A 5% CHANCE OF HITTING IT AND IT FUCKING BROKE, IT DIDNT EVEN OCCUR TO ME WITH HOW LOSW THE CHANCES WERE, DAMNIT.

I typically only grow rice, aside from non food crop. but I would take corn over potatoes once you are able to last the corns grow time.

you can set up zones and restrict colonist to it during dangerous situations.

I posted a thread a long time ago about having a, destroy a mech hive "ending".... I would rather it not be on the map, maybe be a bit more complex and have to be shot out of space, the use a carvan to reach it where ever it crashed on your planet.

if I'm not mistaking, A17 was also suppose to improve the option of using livestock as a food source? if it does, what does it change?

looks like a lot of cool stuff is coming =D scenario events are going to get a lot more interesting.

on the topic of shelves, or some kind of method storing, I wouldn't mind it. I always have more storage space then I do living spaces as well

.....

now this may be a bit off topic, but will we ever see raids using animals? (maybe a new type of raid?) it would be terrifying to see raiders with pet bears charging in.

I know you can use eggs to make fine meals, ive never done it with milk, so I'm not too sure about that.

you could put it on update when I run the game, and always disconnect before you play, but that method sounds ew.

I usually just kill as its needed and I don't have any problems. (although, this is coming from a guy that farms more than he should)
