My main crafter (18) has manipulation of 50%. I don't think this has always been the case.

Over the seasons she's picked up some injuries. Currently the health tab says:
Left Eye: Bionic Eye
Right Humerus: Shattered
Right Leg: Simple Prosthetic Leg

Also:

Pain: None
Consciousness: OK.

As far as I understand, none of these will be reducing the manipulation, yet she's at 50% only.

Any idea why?
